Instructions
1: Heat water in a pot, add the orange peels and boil for 5 minutes. 2: Strain it well. 3: Cut it into strips and scrape off any excess pulp on the inner part of the skin. 4: Spread it on a plate/tray and cover it with a tissue or dry towel and let it dry. 5: Prepare a sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in water and boil it till a single string consistency is formed. 6: Turn off the flame, let it cool down slightly. 7: Add the dried peels to the sugar syrup and let it soak for 20 minutes. 8: Transfer it to a tray and let it dry overnight or up to 8 hours. 9: After 8 hours, coat it in granulated sugar. 10: Transfer and store it in an airtight container.View original recipe
