What you need

tbsp white sesame seeds

cup rice flour

tsp coriander powder

tsp salt
cup besan

clove garlic
tsp asafoetida
tsp red chili powder

tbsp frying oil

fl oz cooking oil

roasted nuts
Instructions
1: In a mixie, blend the roasted gram to a fine powder along with the powdered spices and salt until it gets completely combined. 2: Sieve and add the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Add and mix the sesame seeds. 3: Add hot oil into the dry flour and combine followed by water. 4: Combine and mix the dough well to get a soft dough. Rest the dough for 10 mins, covered. 5: Grease the mold and fill with the dough to 3/4th the height. 6: Heat oil in a kadhai and squeeze into the hot oil on a high flame and fry until crispy. 7: Cool down completely and break into pieces.
