What you need
tbsp oil

onion

tsp ginger garlic paste
capsicum

tomato
tbsp oil

tbsp ghee

tsp cumin seed

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

tsp turmeric powder

tsp cumin powder

tomato puree

cup cashew nut

cup water

tsp salt

tsp garam masala

tbsp double cream

fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till it turns translucent. 2: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 3: Add the tomatoes and capsicum and saute on a high flame for a minute and keep it aside. 4: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it crackle. 5: Add the masala powders and cook it on a low flame for a few seconds. 6: Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. 7: Add cashew nut paste and mix well. 8: Cook the tomato puree and cashew nut paste till oil separates from it. 9: Add water, mix well. 10: Add the paneer and mix gently till it is submerged in the gravy. 11: Add salt, mix well and bring the gravy to a boil. 12: Add the sauteed vegetables, mix gently till all the ingredients combine evenly. 13: Transfer it to a bowl.
