What you need

tsp garam masala

cup mozzarella cheese

tbsp water

beans

tsp sugar
capsicum
tsp oil

carrot

tsp turmeric powder
green chilli

onion

tsp cumin seed
tsp red chili powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

fl oz cooking oil
Instructions
1: To prepare the dough, in a mixing bowl add the maida, salt, sugar, cumin seeds and oil. 2: Mix till the mixture becomes crumbly. 3: Add water and mix well till a dough is formed. 4: Knead well till the dough is smooth and soft. 5: Apply oil and rest it for 10 minutes. 6: Heat a pan, add oil. 7: Add cumin and green chilli and let it crackle. 8: Add the onions and saute till it is translucent. 9: Add the vegetables and saute on a high flame. 10: Add the masala powders and cook till the raw aroma is gone. 11: Add salt and water and mix well. 12: Cook till the mixture is dry. 13: Take it off the flame and cool it down. 14: Divide the dough, roll it into a thin sheet, trim off the edges and cut it into 3 even sized triangles. 15: Fold it and shape it like a cone, add the vegetable filling and cheese. 16: Apply water on the loose end and fold it and seal the corners. 17: Apply oil in the airfryer pan and place the samosas on it. 18: Brush oil on the samosas. 19: Air fry it at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes. 20: Serve it hot along with a dip.View original recipe
