What you need

cup wheat flour

cup water

tsp vinegar

tsp salt
tsp oil
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

onion

zucchini

bell pepper

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tomato

black olives

cup fresh corn kernels

cup red kidney beans

tsp salt

tsp cumin powder

tsp red pepper powder

tsp paprika

tbsp tomato ketchup

cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
1: Combine the wheat flour, corn flour and salt. Add the vinegar and water and knead a semi hard dough. 2: Apply oil on the dough and rest it for 15 mins, covered. 3: Roll out the dough into flat circles. 4: Cook them thoroughly on a tava. Apply oil and set aside. 5: For the filling: heat oil in pan and add the garlic, sauté for 2-3 mins. 6: Add all the vegetables at once and sauté on a high flame for 2-3 mins. 7: Add the spice powders, seasonings and the ketchup. Mix well and set aside. 8: Place the mixture in the center of the tortilla circles, place a generous serving of cheese on top. 9: Roll them tightly into cylinders/ rolls. 10: Cook on a hot tava with some oil until golden brown, crispy on the outside and the cheese has melted.View original recipe
