What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp cumin powder

tsp coriander powder

cup parsley
fl oz oil

tsp salt

garlic

cup onion

cup chickpea

cup fresh coriander leaves

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1: Soak the chana overnight or for at least 12-15 hours. 2: Drain the water. Add it into a food processor/mixer along with onion, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, parsley, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and coriander powder. Grind it into a coarse mixture. 3: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 4: Add baking powder and mix again. Adjust the consistency with Maida. 5: Shape into balls/patties. 6: Fry them in oil until they turn brown and crisp on the outside. 7: For cooking tips, make a trial piece to ensure the oil temperature is correct.View original recipe
