fl oz lemon juice

tsp sugar

tbsp butter

tbsp garam masala

green chilli

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tbsp methi

raw cashews

tbsp black pepper

oz chicken drumsticks

fresh ginger

cheese curd

cup cream
Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice. 2: For the paste, combine the ingredients and blend to a fine paste, adding water as needed. 3: Add this paste to curd and whisk well. Add the fresh cream and kasuri methi also. 4: Add the chicken to this mixture and marinate for a minimum of 60 mins. 5: Heat butter in a pan and sear the chicken pieces on all sides. Set aside the chicken. 6: Add the marination to the pan after searing the chicken pieces. 7: Cover and simmer for 20 mins. 8: Finish with fresh coriander leaves, ginger, and green chillies.View original recipe
