What you need

tsp soy sauce

tsp onion powder

cup milk

cup corn starch

tsp sugar
fl oz oil

tsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

cup water

tbsp vinegar
lb chicken breast

tsp chili powder

tbsp chili paste

tbsp chili sauce

bunch green onion
Instructions
1: Cut the chicken breast into strips and set aside. 2: In a pan add the butter and let it melt; once melted, add the chilli paste and sauté. 3: After 30 seconds, add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell subsides. 4: Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and cook for a minute. 5: Add the milk, turn off the flame, and set aside. 6: In a mixing bowl, add the Maida, the spices, and ginger garlic paste; pour in the water and whisk into a smooth batter. 7: Dip the strips into the batter and dust them in the corn flour and deep fry until light golden brown and crispy. 8: Add the sauce to the chicken and toss until well combined and serve.View original recipe
