Instructions
1: Cream the butter, brown sugar, and Cookd's Christmas spice mix. 2: Add the eggs one at a time and mix well in between each addition. 3: Add the vanilla essence. 4: Add the soaked fruits and nuts and combine the mixture well. 5: Finally, add the flour and baking powder and fold to mix well. 6: Add and mix in the oil. 7: Pour in a lined mold and bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes. 8: Cool completely prior to consumption.View original recipe
