What you need

Instructions
1: In a pan add butter and saute the mushrooms until they develop some colour. 2: Add the tomato paste and cook until it caramelizes, add carrot, and onion and saute for 5 seconds. 3: Add mixed herbs, capsicum and garlic, give it a brief mix and turn off the flame and cool completely. 4: In a pressure cooker add masoor dal and water, and pressure cook on a moderate flame for 3 whistles. 5: Once both ingredients cool down mix them with bread crumbs, mushroom soup powder, salt and paprika powder. 6: Shape the mixture into patties and pan fry them until golden brown on one side. 7: Flip the patty, add a slice of cheese, cover and cook for another 3 minutes on a simmer. 8: To a toasted burger bun add spicy mayo, and lettuce and place the burger, add the onion and tomato slice close the burger and serve.View original recipe
