What you need

bunch coriander

tbsp salt

tbsp vinegar

tbsp sugar
tbsp oil

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp tamarind pulp

tsp cinnamon

green cardamoms

tsp peppercorn

clove clove

tsp cumin seed

oz raw prawns

Instructions
1: In a bowl, add kashmiri red chillies, ginger, garlic, whole spices, turmeric, tamarind pulp, salt, sugar, and 3 tbsp vinegar and let it soak for 35-40 minutes. 2: Blend the marinade to a thick fine paste. 3: Mix the marinade with the prawns till it coats evenly on every prawn and let it marinate for 1 hour. 4: Heat a pan, add oil. Add the sliced onions, sauté them till they are golden brown. 5: Add the marinated prawns and cook it till oil splutters from the sides and the prawns are cooked. 6: Transfer it to a plate, garnish it with chopped coriander and a lemon wedge.
