What you need

tsp salt

bunch curry leaves
green chilli

cashew nut

tsp cumin seed

tsp mustard seed

tsp urad dal
cup semolina

cup dal
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, crackle the mustard seeds. 2: Add the cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, and green chillies. Sauté for a few seconds. Add the dals and fry. 3: Add the cashew nuts and fry until golden brown. 4: Add the rava and reduce the flame to a simmer. 5: Sauté until lightly browned and aromatic, about 10 mins. 6: Cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge. 7: To cook: use ¼ cup of the mix with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick while stirring continuously, about 2-3 mins. 8: Switch off the flame and keep covered for 5 mins. Add ghee and serve.View original recipe
