1: In a mixing bowl add onions, green chili, curry leaves, ginger, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt. 2: Mix everything until thoroughly combined and let it sit for 10 minutes (this is to bring out the water from the onions). 3: Add the maida and rice flour and shape it into balls. 4: Deep fry the balls, ensuring the oil is moderately hot so that the insides cook through. 5: Serve with hot Chai and enjoy.View original recipe
