tbsp ghee

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tomato

tbsp coriander powder

tsp cumin powder
tbsp oil

tsp garam masala

cup fresh coriander leaves

cup cheese curd

tsp chili powder
Instructions
1: Add all the ingredients into the pressure cooker (except the ghee and coriander leaves). Mix well. Optionally, marinate for 10 minutes. 2: Place the pressure cooker on the stove on high heat. After 1 whistle, turn the heat down to low and cook for 10 minutes. 3: Once the whistle settles, open the cooker lid and stir in the ghee and coriander leaves. 4: Serve with rice, roti, parotta, or any other rice/Indian bread.View original recipe
