tsp vanilla essence

cup butter

cup sugar

cup white chocolate
Instructions
1: Combine the butter and chocolate in a bowl. Melt and mix in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between or using a double boiler. 2: Once slightly cooled, whisk in the sugar and eggs until the mixture is smooth and glossy. 3: Add the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking soda, along with the chocolate chips. Do not over mix the batter. 4: Transfer the batter to a lined and greased baking pan. Top with more chocolate if desired. 5: Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
