What you need
dried chilli

oz shallot

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder

tsp red chilli

cup water
Instructions
1: In a large pan, heat Gingelly oil. 2: Add the slit and deseeded Dried Red Chilli to the hot oil and saute for a minute. 3: Add the Shallots to the pan and continue to saute until the shallots turn translucent. 4: Add Ginger Garlic Paste and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. 5: Add the cleaned Country Chicken which is cut into small cubes and mix well. 6: Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Chicken Masala and Salt, mix well and saute. 7: Add water and continue to cook the chicken until all the water is absorbed and the meat is tender, approximately for 35-40 mins on medium high heat. 8: Remove from heat and serve this with some steamed rice.View original recipe
