What you need

bunch curry leaves
tbsp oil

tsp salt

tsp lemon juice

tsp urad dal

tsp turmeric powder

tsp coriander powder

cup peanut
tsp red chili powder

red chilli

clove garlic

oz lady fingers

cup dal
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan and add the peanuts. Fry on low flame for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. 2: In the same oil, add urad dal, chana dal, dry red chilli, garlic, and curry leaves. Then add the lady’s fingers and mix. 3: Add salt and lemon juice, and cook for 5 minutes on high heat without covering the pan. 4: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Sauté for 5 more minutes on medium heat. 5: Add the fried peanuts and red chilli powder. Cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat and serve with rice.View original recipe
