What you need

tsp red chili flakes

tsp curry leaves

tbsp coconut oil
tsp rock salt

cup coconut milk

tsp black pepper

oz raw prawns
Instructions
1: Marinate the prawns with all the other ingredients. Set it aside for 10 minutes. 2: Add coconut oil and curry leaves to the coconut milk. Mix well and set aside. 3: In a flat pan, heat oil. Add all the prawns in a single layer. 4: Add the green chili, ginger, and garlic. 5: Allow them to cook for 2 minutes, then flip them. 6: Drizzle coconut milk a little at a time. Add more once the coconut milk has already evaporated. 7: Sprinkle black pepper and toss. 8: Remove it from the heat and serve with rice!View original recipe
