Instructions
1: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, run it in cold water, and set aside. 2: In a mixer jar, add all the ingredients for the sauce and blend it into a smooth paste. 3: In a pan, pour oil, add mushrooms, and sauté for 3 minutes until they develop color; sprinkle the Italian seasoning and sauté. 4: Add diced baby corn and sauté for 2 more minutes; then add the blended sauce, pour water, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the raw flavor disappears. 5: Add the bell pepper and onion; sauté for another minute, then add the boiled pasta. 6: Cook for 1 minute and turn off the flame; finish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.View original recipe
