Instructions
1: In a bowl, add the water, yeast and sugar. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes. 2: Measure 2 cups of Maida and put it into a large bowl. Add salt and mix. 3: Make a well in the centre of the Maida. 4: Add the wet mixture in the middle. 5: Start adding a little bit of flour into the wet mixture until all flour is mixed in. 6: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead well until a smooth dough forms. 7: Add 2 tbsp of oil to the dough and knead again until mixed. 8: Cover with a damp cloth and allow it to rise for at least 45 minutes. 9: Divide the dough into 3 portions. 10: Roll one portion into a 1 cm thick round base and pierce all over with a fork. 11: Heat a skillet or Tawa until very hot, then lower the heat and add the rolled Pizza dough. 12: Cook covered for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. 13: Remove and spread sauce on the pizza base, leaving 1 inch around the edges. 14: Add mozzarella cheese, then top with onion, capsicum, corn kernels, and olives. 15: Sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano, then place back on Tawa and cook until cheese melts. 16: Remove from the pan, cut into 6 pieces, and serve hot.View original recipe
