tbsp all purpose flour

oz cheddar cheese
green chilli

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
1: Combine the gram flour, salt, pepper, and maida into a thin batter with water. The batter should be thin and runny. 2: Add the onions, green chillies, and chopped coriander leaves. 3: Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with butter. 4: Pour ladle full of the batter and swirl it around the pan, add some chopped tomatoes and grated cheese as well. 5: Allow it to cook covered for a minute on a simmer and fold in half to serve soft and fluffy eggless omelettes.View original recipe
