Instructions
1: In a pan pour oil, add grated coconut and garlic cloves and curry leaves, and saute until the coconut turns golden brown. 2: Switch off the flame and add all the powdered spices, give it a good mix and blend into a smooth paste. 3: In a kadhai, pour coconut oil, add fennel seeds and the sliced onions, saute until the onions turn translucent and add tomato. 4: Saute until the tomato turns mushy and add the coconut paste. 5: Add the chicken, pour some water and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.View original recipe
