A delicious Vanjaram Fish Fry made with Seer fish and a variety of spices, perfect for any seafood lover. The fish is marinated for several hours to absorb the flavors before being shallow fried to perfection.

What you need

tsp turmeric powder

tsp coriander powder

lemon juice

curry leaves

tsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

tbsp besan flour
oil
Instructions
1: Wash and clean the Seer fish with water and pat dry with a kitchen towel. 2: In a shallow bowl, add all the ingredients to form a thick paste. 3: Take one fish slice at a time and apply the masala paste on both sides of the fish. Repeat this process for all the fish pieces. 4: Marinate the fish for 3-4 hours. 5: Heat groundnut oil in a Tawa and shallow fry the fish on both sides till the fish is cooked. It should take around 3 minutes per side on medium heat. 6: Serve this hot with lemon slices and onion slices.View original recipe
