What you need

bunch curry leaves

tsp garam masala

tbsp ginger garlic paste

cup water

tbsp coconut oil

tsp salt

tsp fennel seed

tsp cumin seed
tsp red chili powder

bunch fresh coriander leaves
green chilli

red chilli

lb chicken pieces

Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, add chicken, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, and turmeric, mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes. 2: In a kadhai, pour coconut oil and add sliced onion. Once golden brown, immediately add ginger garlic paste, dry red chillies, and green chillies. 3: Add cumin and fennel seeds and cook for 10 more seconds. 4: Add the marinated chicken and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat. Pour water and cook uncovered for 10 more minutes on moderate flame until the chicken is cooked through and the water evaporates. 5: Serve hot with roti or parottas.View original recipe
