An indulgent Italian dessert made with coffee-dipped rusks layered with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar, finished off with cocoa powder on top.

What you need

cup cream cheese

cup whipped cream

cup sugar

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl whip the cream cheese and sugar together and set aside. 2: Whip the cream until it reaches stiff peak stage. Take one spatula full of whipped cream and mix it thoroughly with the cream cheese so that it loosens up. 3: Now add the cream cheese to the cream and fold gently until homogeneous. 4: Transfer some of the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag for later use. 5: In a casserole or a dish place the rusks dipped in coffee. 6: Top it with the cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly, add another layer of coffee dipped rusk and finish with the cream cheese mixture. 7: Top the Tiramisu with the reserved cream cheese using the piping bag. 8: Set it for 3 hours.
