What you need

tsp turmeric powder

garlic

tsp ginger garlic paste
tsp oil

tsp salt

oz raw prawns

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, add the prawns and the ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. 2: Marinate the prawns for a minimum of 30 mins. 3: In a pan, pour oil and add the green chillies and garlic cloves. 4: Once they turn golden brown and become blistered, take them off the heat and let them cool. 5: In a mortar and pestle, pound them into a coarse paste and set aside. 6: In a pan, pour oil and sauté the marinated prawns for 1 minute on high heat and add the prepared techa to the prawns. Add salt and sauté for a minute more. 7: Turn off the heat and add coriander leaves. Serve hot.View original recipe
