tsp turmeric powder

tbsp red chilli

tsp salt

curry leaves

tsp lemon juice

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tbsp corn starch

tbsp water
Instructions
1: Wash, clean and prep the fish, make slits on the sides with a knife. 2: Mix all the ingredients into a paste with some water and apply to the fish until it is evenly coated. 3: Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for an hour. 4: Heat the pan, add oil and once the oil is hot, add the fish. 5: Let it cook for 3 minutes before flipping to the other side and cook for a further 3 minutes.View original recipe
