oz boneless chicken thighs

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

tbsp corn flour

ginger

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp honey
tsp chili flakes

Instructions
1: Wash and drain the chicken. Marinate it with salt and pepper. 2: Heat a skillet or a pan, add sesame oil, and sear the chicken to a golden brown colour on both sides. Transfer it to a plate. 3: In the same pan, add oil, and sauté ginger and garlic. 4: Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, chilli flakes, lemon juice, and water. Mix well, bring to a boil, and cook until it becomes thick and sticky. 5: Add the chicken to the sauce and coat it evenly on both sides. 6: Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
