tsp baking powder
tsp vanilla essence

tsp baking soda

cup caster sugar

oz powdered sugar

tbsp milk

oz medjool dates

Instructions
1: Add the dates to a bowl of hot milk. Once it is soft, mash it with a fork. 2: In another bowl, add butter, caster sugar and whisk it till it becomes creamy. 3: Add the eggs one at a time and whisk it till it combines evenly. 4: Add the vanilla essence and mix it well. 5: Sieve maida, baking powder, and baking soda into the mixture and whisk till all ingredients combine to form a thick batter. 6: Add the dates mixture and fold it till it combines evenly. 7: Line a muffin mold with butter and paper muffin cups. 8: Evenly spoon the batter into each muffin cup. 9: Bake it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
