fl oz water
tsp red chili powder

tsp garam masala

tsp salt

onion

tomato

box noodles

cup all purpose flour

bell pepper
oz mozzarella
Instructions
1: Cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions, but reduce the cooking time by 1 minute. Drain and set aside. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, and oil to make a soft dough. Knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. 3: Meanwhile, in a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, and green chili until softened. 4: Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan and mix well. 5: Sprinkle garam masala, red chili powder, and salt over the noodles and vegetables. Stir until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste. 6: Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin disc (paratha). 7: Place a spoonful of the Maggi noodle mixture onto one half of the paratha. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. 8: Fold the other half of the paratha over the filling and seal the edges by pressing gently. 9: Heat a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the stuffed paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying oil as needed. 10: Remove the paratha from the pan and repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling. 11: Cut the Spicy Maggi Pizza Paratha into wedges and serve hot as a fusion snack or meal.View original recipe
