fl oz lemon juice

clove garlic

fl oz coconut milk

in ginger

tsp coriander powder

tsp garam masala

tsp fennel seed

shallot
tsp red chili powder

Instructions
1: In a pan pour oil and add the chicken and cook it until it’s ¾ th done and set aside. 2: In the same pan add fennel seeds, curry leaves, thinly sliced shallots, green chilli, garlic and ginger. 3: Cook until it turns aromatic and add the powdered spices, add water, curd and cook until the mixture is well cooked. 4: Add the cooked chicken and coconut milk, cook for two minutes and serve hot.View original recipe
