Spicy Butter Garlic Spaghetti

1: Fry the sliced garlic in the olive oil and keep it aside.

2: Boil the pasta for 6 minutes or until al dante.

3: For the sauce, add the butter to the pan and let it melt, then add garlic, chilli flakes, veg oyster sauce, and soy sauce and let it reduce.

4: Add the pasta and give it a stir, then add the grated parmesan cheese and mix.

5: Garnish with chopped spring onions.

6: Serve it hot and sprinkle the fried garlic on top of the pasta.
