Instructions
1: Marinate the prawns with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. 2: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Grill the prawns on both sides for a minute each. Take it off and keep it aside. 3: In the same pan, heat oil. Add chopped garlic and sauté till it turns light brown. 4: Turn the flame down to low, add paprika and red chilli flakes. Mix it for a few seconds. 5: Add the chopped coriander, salt, pepper, and mix it well. 6: Add butter and let it melt slowly. Stir continuously. 7: Add the prawns.
