What you need
cup cornflour

tbsp garlic

tbsp ginger

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp honey

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vinegar

Instructions
1: Add corn flour, oil, honey, salt and pepper along with some water and whisk into a thick batter. 2: Add cubed tofu and mix thoroughly. 3: Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside. 4: In a kadhai or wok add finely chopped garlic, ginger and spring onion whites. 5: Add cubed bell peppers, onions and sauté for 30 seconds, add maple syrup, honey and soy sauce. 6: Cook for 30 seconds and pour in some water and the cornflour slurry, making sure it’s a thick sauce. 7: Add the fried tofu and sauté. 8: Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve.View original recipe
