What you need
warm water

onion

tbsp oregano

tsp red chilli flakes
green chilli

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

slice bread
oil

cup water

cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
1: To a bowl, add soya chunks and hot water and let it soak for 10 minutes. 2: Strain the soya and squeeze the hot water out of it. 3: To a blender, add the soya and the remaining ingredients and blend till it all combines together and forms a binding texture. Add very little water while blending if it isn't blending well. 4: Shape it into squares and keep it aside. 5: Prepare a thick batter with maida, salt, pepper, and water. 6: Dip the shaped nuggets in the maida batter and then coat it in the panko crumbs. 7: Heat oil in a kadai. Make sure the oil is hot before frying the nuggets. 8: Deep fry the nuggets till it turns golden brown and crispy. 9: Transfer it to a place lined with tissue paper to drain off the excess oil. 10: Serve it hot with any dip of your choice.View original recipe
