tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tbsp chocolate chips

tbsp cashew

tbsp almond

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 180°c. Grease an 8-inch tray and line it with butter paper. 2: In a large bowl, add the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence. Beat until it turns pale yellow, around 4 minutes. 3: Place a sift/strainer above the bowl. Add in maida, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. 4: Mix using a whisk or a spatula until fully combined. 5: Pour it into the prepared tray. In a bowl, mix together chocolate chips, almond, cashew, and maida. Mix it and sprinkle it on the brownie batter. 6: Bake for 30 minutes. Check if it is done by inserting a toothpick; it should come out just slightly coated in crumbs, but mostly dry. 7: For the chocolate sauce, add the chopped chocolate and cream to a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute or place the bowl over boiling water and stir until melted. 8: Mix until evenly combined and set aside. 9: To assemble the brownie, heat up the sizzler plate until smoking hot and place it on the wooden base. 10: Crush some of the chocolate biscuits/cookies and add them in the center. 11: Place the brownies followed by the vanilla ice cream. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the ice cream and pour additional chocolate sauce near the brownie for the sizzling effect.View original recipe
