What you need

tsp coriander powder

cup water

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp turmeric powder

onion

tsp salt
tbsp oil
green chilli

star anise

tsp cinnamon

bunch curry leaves

clove clove

tsp fennel seed

green cardamoms

tsp cumin seed

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp black pepper
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Add all the spices required for the masala and dry roast it till it is aromatic. 2: Transfer it to a blender and blend it to a fine powder. 3: Heat a kadai, add oil. 4: Add the curry leaves and green chilli and let it crackle. 5: Add the onions and saute till it turns translucent. 6: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 7: Add the masala powders and saute for a minute. 8: Add the tomatoes and cook it till it turns soft and mushy. 9: Add the spinach and mutton and mix till they combine evenly. 10: Add the ground masala powder and mix well. 11: Cook the spinach and mutton in the water it lets out. 12: Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 13: Add salt and coriander leaves and mix it well for a minute. 14: Take it off the flame and serve it hot.View original recipe
