What you need

tsp fenugreek seeds

tsp salt
tbsp oil

tsp coriander seed

green cardamoms

oz raw prawns

tbsp chili sauce

in fresh ginger

Instructions
1: Dry roast the spices required for the curry powder and blend it to a fine powder. 2: Heat a wok, add oil. 3: Add the chopped Ginger and Garlic and sauté till it turns light brown. 4: Add the onions and sauté till it turns translucent. 5: Add the carrot, beans, and capsicum. Sauté on a high flame for a minute. 6: Add the washed prawns and sauté on a high flame. 7: Cook till the mixture is dry. 8: Add the cooked rice. 9: Add 2 tbsp of the curry powder to it and store the rest. 10: Add soy sauce and red chilli sauce. 11: Mix and toss all the ingredients till it combines evenly. 12: Add the chopped spring onions and MSG. 13: Mix and give it one final toss on a high flame. 14: Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.View original recipe
