cup basmati rice

cup roasted peanuts

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp honey

tbsp fish sauce

fresh coriander leaves

star anise

in ginger

clove garlic

tsp salt

tsp peppercorn

Instructions
1: Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. 2: In a stock pot or a large pot, add the aromatic herbs and spices along with oil and sauté until aromatic. 3: Pour water and let it come to a simmer. 4: Add the chicken legs and simmer them for 20 minutes. 5: Extract the chicken legs carefully and set aside. 6: Strain the stock and use it to cook the rice. 7: Once the rice is done, serve it with the chicken and chopped peanuts.View original recipe
