What you need

tomato

cup cashew nut
green chilli

garlic clove

tbsp ginger

cinnamon

black cardamom pods

green cardamoms

tbsp butter
tbsp oil

tbsp ghee

tbsp garlic

oz paneer

cup water

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

tsp methi

tbsp double cream

tbsp ghee

fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Add all the ingredients required for the puree to a pot, add a little water and cook it till all the ingredients become soft. 2: Cool the mixture and transfer it to a blender. Blend it to a fine paste. 3: Heat a pan, add oil. 4: Add garlic and green chillies and sauté for a few seconds. 5: Add the paneer cubes and cook it for a minute till it gets golden brown marks on it. Mix it gently to avoid breaking the paneer. 6: Add the blended puree. Mix gently. 7: Add water, bring it to a boil and season the mixture. Mix gently till all the ingredients combine evenly. 8: Cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. 9: Add kasuri methi and fresh cream. Mix gently. 10: Finish it with a spoon of ghee. 11: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.View original recipe
