What you need

walnut

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

in cinnamon
green chilli

cup water

cardamom

tbsp ghee
bay leaf

cashew nut

tbsp poppy seed

black cardamom pods

tsp ground white pepper
dried chilli

tbsp coconut

Instructions
1: Soak the nuts and seeds in hot water for a few minutes. 2: Marinate the mutton for 1 hour with the salt, white pepper powder, curd and ginger garlic paste. 3: Make a thick paste of the nuts and seeds with some water. 4: Heat ghee in a cooker and add the whole spices. Add the marinated mutton and water. 5: Pressure cook for 20 mins on a simmer after the first whistle on high flame. 6: In a kadai, add the oil and add the sliced onions and allow it to develop a light golden colour. 7: Add the green chillies and add the nut paste and mutton, continue to cook for 5-10 mins.View original recipe
