What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice flour

tbsp tomato ketchup

tbsp ginger garlic paste
tsp oil

tbsp onion

oz cabbage

tsp garam masala

tsp salt

oz mushroom
tbsp green chilli
tsp red chili powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

bunch curry leaves
Instructions
1: Prepare the ingredients: finely chop cabbage and mushrooms, and set aside. 2: In a bowl, combine cabbage, mushrooms, maida, cornflour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, and red chilli powder. 3: Mix well until all ingredients are coated. 4: Heat oil in a deep frying pan. 5: Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil and fry until golden brown. 6: Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. 7: In a small bowl, mix onions, coriander leaf, and curry leaf for garnish. 8: Serve the Kaalan hot, garnished with the onion mixture along with soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and green chilli sauce.View original recipe
