What you need

tsp mustard

tsp cumin seed

curry leaves
green chilli

onion

cup water

tbsp salt

fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Heat a kadai and dry roast the rava till it is not raw anymore. 2: Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, curry leaves, green chillies, and let it crackle. 3: Add the onions and saute till it turns translucent. 4: Add water, add salt and bring it to a boil. 5: Add the roasted rava and keep mixing it continuously till it thickens and all the water evaporates and the mixture is dry and crumbly. 6: Add some chopped coriander to it and mix it well. 7: Transfer it to a bowl/plate, garnish it with coriander.
