What you need

tsp cumin powder

tsp salt
tbsp oil

cup sweet corn

cup green peas

cup water

tsp garam masala

tsp coriander powder

green chili

cup bread crumbs

cup beans

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

cup beetroot
tsp red chili powder

Instructions
1: Pulse blend the green peas and sweet corn into a coarse mixture. 2: Heat oil in a kadai and add the ginger and green chillies. Saute for 2 mins. 3: Add all the vegetables and saute until tender. 4: Add the powdered spices and salt to season. 5: Add the vegetables to a bowl of bodied potatoes, ¼ cup of breadcrumbs and the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Mash into a uniform filling. 6: In a bowl, mix the maida and water and set aside. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs. 7: Shape the cutlets into desired shapes and dip it in the maida mixture. Coat it well in breadcrumbs. 8: Chill the cutlets for 20-30 mins. 9: Shallow fry them until crispy and brown.View original recipe
