What you need

water

tbsp coconut oil

cup shallot

curry leaves

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

tsp garam masala

tsp fennel powder

tsp salt

tsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions
1: Add the quail eggs to a pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. 2: Cool it down and peel the shells. 3: Heat oil in a pan. Add the shallots and curry leaves and saute until it starts to change colour. 4: Add all the spice powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until the oil starts to separate from the sides. 5: Add the quail eggs to the pan. Mix well and roast for 3 more minutes.View original recipe
