tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp turmeric powder

tsp red chilli

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till it turns translucent. 2: Add the tomatoes and masala powders and saute till the raw aroma of the masalas is gone and the tomatoes are soft. 3: Keep the onion tomato mixture aside. 4: Heat up a tawa, add the prawns and cook until all the water has evaporated. 5: Push the prawns to the side, add oil, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. 6: Mix it till it combines with the oil and mix the prawns for 2 minutes. 7: Add the onion tomato mixture and mix until it combines evenly. 8: Add salt, black pepper and coriander leaves and mix until it combines evenly. 9: Serve it hot with rice.View original recipe
