What you need

tsp salt

cup broccoli florets

oz noodles
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

tsp fresh ginger

cup spring onion

tsp red chilli flakes

oz raw prawns

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

tsp soy sauce

Instructions
1: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and add the broccoli pieces. Boil for 2 minutes and then strain it out of the water. 2: In the same water, add the noodles and cook until softened. Drain out the water. 3: Apply oil to the noodles and set aside. 4: Heat a pan or wok until very hot. Add oil, ginger, garlic and spring onion whites. Saute on high heat for 30 seconds. 5: Add red chilli flakes and saute lightly for a few seconds until the oil changes colour. Add the prawns, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute for 3 minutes. 6: Add the broccoli and saute for 1 minute. 7: Add the cooked noodles and saute for 2 minutes. 8: Add the spring onion greens, give it a toss and serve.View original recipe
