Instructions
1: Mix the prawns with salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder. 2: Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3: Heat oil in another pan and add fenugreek seeds. 4: Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent. 5: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Saute for a minute. 6: Add thin coconut milk (2nd press). If you don’t have it, combine water and coconut milk together. 7: Add the prawns and simmer for 2 minutes. 8: Add the coconut milk, black pepper powder and vinegar. Stir it and immediately add tomato slices and coconut oil on top. 9: Turn off the heat immediately. Cover and rest for 5 minutes to thicken and mingle the flavors. 10: Serve hot with appam, Idiyappam or rice.View original recipe
