Instructions
1: In a blender jar add the milk, oil, garlic, salt and sugar and blend into a smooth paste. 2: In a pan pour in the oil and add the chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. 3: Saute for 5 minutes or until well cooked and set aside. 4: In a large pot pour water, add salt and bring it to a boil, add the macaroni and cook according to the package instructions. 5: In a kadhai pour in some oil, garlic and spring onion bulbs, add the eggs and scramble it. 6: Add the vegetables and saute for 30 seconds, add the chilli sauce, soy and green chilli sauce and mix. 7: Add the macaroni and mix until well combined. 8: Serve the pasta with the garlic mayonnaise and garnish with some spring onions.View original recipe
