Instructions
1: For the pesto, add all the ingredients except the cheese and blend. 2: Once a rough paste has formed, add the cheese and blend until incorporated. The paste should not be completely smooth. 3: For the sandwich, cut slices of paneer and toast them in a pan until deeply golden on both sides. 4: In the same pan, toast two slices of bread in a pan with butter on both sides. 5: Spread pesto on both the bread slices.
